Description

This hour and a half session will consist of various volleyball drills to get your athlete repping out multiple skills (passing, setting, digging, serving, hitting) each session. High Reps is designed for high repetition work and will challenge players in a fast-paced environment. Drills will vary week to week and is a great way to execute what you've been working on, experiment with your technique, and work alongside, or against, your fellow players. Skill levels Intermediate to Advanced, boys and girls, and all club or non-club affiliations are welcome to attend. LOCATION: Thrive Volleyball Club (15853 Monte St, Unit 104, Sylmar, CA) *Sessions will be held on a women's volleyball net will women's volleyballs.
